For 20 years, aka “SOPHIE CHOCOLATE”, I work in the food trades by offering in the restaurants of our country, deliciously melting and chocolate desserts!

In 2013, always guided by travel and my creative passion, I opened a fine Italian sandwich shop. Ciabattas, Focaccias, cured meats, mature cheeses, vegetable tartare and pesto, crisp salads, everything is bursting with freshness and sunshine.
